This well is being operated by Derrick Petroleum Inc. but is registered under Harry Dugan Oil Co. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and electric motor. The polish rod showed signs of recent production. The tank battery consists of (2) 210 barrel tanks in an earthen dike and (1) 210 barrel brine tank in a separate earthen dike. This well produces into a shared tank battery with API#6137. The well and tank battery were identified as being owned by Derrick Petroleum Inc. and as API permit number 34-089-22414-0000. Production on this well is being reported under the William Stricker #2 (API#2414). The well owner is incorrectly reporting production on this well and has incorrectly identified this well. According to RBDMS records the William Stricker #2 well (API#2414) was plugged on 10/11/1979. Derrick Petroleum Inc. has failed to resolve previous deficiencies. Attention is required immediately! Derrick Petroleum Inc. will need to do the following to bring well into compliance: 1) Correctly identify well and tank battery as the William Stricker #1 API#34-089-23891-0000, 2) In the future report production under API#3891, and 3) Transfer the William Stricker #1 API#3891 to Derrick Petroleum Inc.
