1604846132 2015-06-11 Production Wells No Violations Inspect well as part of a status check accompanied by Division Intern Brittany Hupp. The well was equipped with a pumping unit but no motor. The pumping unit did not have a bridle and therefore was not connected to the well. Identification was not posted at the well. The well was not capable of production. Division Management/Legal will be consulted before further enforcement action is taken. Time of inspection: 2:42 PM. Weather: 85*F, Sunny
1849139329 2012-05-11 Administrative Inspection No Violations At 11:34 am, I received a call from Mr. Frank Paniccia, the landowner and alleged well owner, stating that his employee Mr. Randy Ayers had scheduled an appointment with an oil guy to reopen the wells. Mr. Paniccia further stated that he told Randy not to mess around and get the locations cleaned up.
1932879405 2012-01-31 Production Wells No Violations A followup inspection was conducted to verify the status of multiple wells located on this property, which had been referenced within a West Region enforcement case file. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle with no recent signs of production. The well was equipped with a homemade pumping unit that did not contain a bridle or motor/engine, approximately 5 diameter casing equipped with a wellhead, rods, and tubing. There were no observed connections for production. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for the well. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990s. This case will be discussed with Division Management.
