During the inspection, it was noted that the well was equipped with a homemade pumping unit with no motor or engine, approximately 5 diameter casing equipped with a wellhead, rods, and tubing. A plastic line was attached to the tubing side of the well (pumping tee) with no signs of recent production or observed pressure on the well. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for the well. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990s. This case will be discussed with Division Management. |
