I did not observe identification at the well or tank battery. The tank battery consists of (1) 100 barrel tank and separator inside an earthen dike. This well produces into a shared tank battery with API#4903. I visited well owner Jeff Moran at his residence on 4/6/2018 and advised him that identification shall be posted at the wellhead and tank battery. Mr. Moran informed me that the landowner is receiving gas from the well. I was accompanied by permitting geologist Matt Erenpreiss during the inspection. Time of inspection: 1:45 PM.
