No attempt has been made to plug or produce the well. The well was covered in brush and vegetation. I took several photos of the well. I contacted well owner Elmer Gibson at 4:26 PM and discussed his plans for the well. Mr. Gibson said he wants to produce the well and is planning to put a rig on it. I told Mr. Gibson that I would like to meet with him at the lease within the next few weeks. Time of inspection: 9:00 AM. |

I placed a phone call to the company and spoke to the well owners wife. I was given the well owners cell phone number. I left a voicemail message for Mr. Elmer Gibson on 4/12/2018 at 8:15 AM. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Brandon Mitchell at 5880 Memory Road Zanesville, Ohio 43701-9553 within 30 days, per ORC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days.
