0696217724	2004-04-29	Production Wells	Violations Noted	Inspection revealed fluid level in side the tank battery dike is full of fluid and this fluid is over the top of the buried salt water tank. Owner has taken down the tanks steps. No ID posted on the tanks or the well. There is no motor on the pumping unit therefore it is incapable of production. Check of production records revealed no production reports have been filed since 1998.

The well is not in production, and there is no identification posted at the well head and/or tank battery. INSPECTOR IS REQUESTING A CHIEFS ORDER TO HAVE THIS WELL PLUGGED AND THE POLLUTION AND CONTAMINATION AT THE TANK BATTER CLEANED UP TO MEET REQUIREMENTS.
