During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle. The well consisted of a pumping unit, rods, tubing, 5.5 casing, and no stuffing box or connection into a tank battery. The tank battery consisted of (1) 100 bbl with an identification stating Hoyt-Parrill & Co. and Permit Nos. 4607, 4608, 4609 and 4610 and a horizontal saltwater tank at approx 150 bbl at full fluid capacity. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for the well. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990s. This case will be discussed with Division Management. |
