The inspection revealed that the well is incapable of production as there is no pumping unit on the well. Tall weeds surround the well. Identification was not posted at the well or tank battery. The tank battery consists of (1) 100 barrel tank and (1) knockout tank. The dike does not appear to be sufficient to be able to contain 110% of the capacity of the tanks. The dike walls will need to be built up. Highridge Petroleum has reported zero production for the previous three years. This well shall be plugged. The well owner will have 180 days to apply for a plug permit and have well plugged.

Two drips were also observed at the tank battery that may have been associated with the well. The knockout tank was leaking water from the heat tube during the inspection. An area approximately 2 feet by 2 feet in size directly beneath the heat tube was oil stained and void of vegetation. The leak was observed and was estimated to be 1 drop of water every 5 seconds. Time of inspection: 1:30 PM.
