0207656918 | 2007-07-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1185379567 I inspected the well location with Jeff Fry. Gary Nethers was not on location. By phone he indicated that he was drilling at a total depth of 380 feet. There was a valid drilling permit posted on location. The pit was properly lined. The drilling water appeared to have a high salt content. We tested this water with low range and high range Quan Tabs. This proved that the water exceeded 6,000 ppm. This far exceed the level of fresh water. Gary was confronted over the phone with this and he agreed to properly dispose of the brine and continue drilling with fresh water. |
