An inspection of well location and tank battery revealed no odors or the venting of gas without use of flare. The tank battery location consisted of (2) separators, (2) drips, (2) meters and a compressor within an earthen dike. Traced sales line to a location approx 500 away containing a 350 gallon fiberglass tank and a separator before the connection into an Energy Coop sales line. The location was determined as PUCO jurisdiction. A gas detector utilized throughout this inspection showed no LEL with a 02 reading of 20.5 and wind in SE direction. No identification were observed at well and/or tank battery locations. Notified Mr. Ryan Wyse with Hebron Fire Dept of inspection results. At 1:48 pm, the well owner was left a voicemail requesting a return call. Note: well owner resides in South Carolina. |
