The oil escaped the tank battery area into a small pit approximately 5 feet in diameter outside the fence. No oil in the pit during inspection. This tank battery is shared with permit #s 4611 & 4952. No identification posted at well or tank battery. Straw needs to be removed from the tank battery and any oil/brine pumped out. Restoration is complete. (2) 100 barrel unloading tanks and load line located at N 40.06593 W -082.25934. |
