0396965544 2017-02-23 Completion Testing No Violations I was on location today to witness the frac job on this well. After the rig crew swabbed the well dry Producers Service Corp spotted 300 gallons of acid to treat the well. The depth of th 4.5 inch casing was set at 2,032 feet and perforated from 1968-1973 feet with 11 shots. The 5 minute shut in pressure was 735 pounds.
0844001702 2017-01-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspect location as a status check. No personnel on location during inspection. The well has been drilled. The drilling rig and equipment has been removed. The mud and air pits have not been closed as of this date. The pit liners are intact and containing fluid. A 4.5 inch to 2 inch swage with a valve shut-in was observed on the well. No violations. Time of inspection: 9:45 AM.
