1097257764 | 2018-01-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | I located two casings within a few feet of each other during this inspection. The larger diameter casing appeared to be 10 inch casing. This well appeared to be plugged as an obstruction was encountered approximately 2 feet down. The inside of the casing was full of snow which made it difficult to observe what was in the casing. The smaller casing appeared to be 7 inches in diameter and did not appear to be plugged. This casing was probably used in the drilling of a water well. I will conduct further research to determine the status of these casings. I took a GPS reading at this location and photos. Time of inspection: 1:50 PM. Weather: 23*F, Sunny/8 snow. |
