| 2144274863 | 2018-06-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor. I inspected the well to verify the permit number for the well owner John Lothes. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks. I observed oil around the tanks that has leaked from a line going into the tank battery. The amount of oil wouldve approximately been less than 10 gallons. The violation was issued under API permit number 3765. I advised Mr. Lothes after the inspection to clean the oil up. This well produces into a shared tank battery with API permit numbers 23765, 26095, 23371, 23654, 24159, 24528, 24706, 24963, 23541. Mr. Lothes was unsure of the permit number and did not have identification posted. I advised Mr. Lothes that I will inform him of the correct permit number for each well and then he will need to post identification at the well and tank battery. Time of inspection: 1:10 PM.
