The gas leak has not been corrected as of this inspection. The well produces gas from the 4.5 inch casing head. A 2 inch diameter valve coming off the casing head was in the open position. The flow line is reduced to 1 inch where it goes through a drip and regulator. After the regulator a 1 inch valve was observed to be in the closed position. The well appears to be shut-in. In 2014 the well owner reported 0 barrels of oil and 0 mcf of gas. The well was shut-in during inspection. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Brandon Mitchell at 5880 Memory Rd. Zanesville, Ohio 43701-9553 within 30 days, per ORC 1509.12(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.
