Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1943387459 2012-05-11 Administrative Inspection No Violations At 11:34 am, I received a call from Mr. Frank Paniccia, the landowner and alleged well owner, stating that his employee Mr. Randy Ayers had scheduled an appointment with an oil guy to reopen the wells. Mr. Paniccia further stated that he told Randy not to mess around and get the locations cleaned up.
2107551706 2012-01-31 Production Wells No Violations A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify the status of multiple wells located on this property, which had been referenced within a West Region enforcement case file. During the inspection, it was noted that the well contained above ground 8 diameter casing with material down approximately 1. Approximately 10 joints of 5.5 casing had also been placed on the ground surface located next to the well. The coordinates for this well, in RBDMS, were not accurate. The location was researched and verified with Central Office. At time of the inspection, the well status was listed as HP (Historical Production). Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990s. This case will be discussed with Division Management.
