There was a hard seal around the tubing and inside of the casing made up of an epoxy type material. Mr. Nethers states that he has never been to this location. A GPS reading was obtained and the well location was researched. The coordinates were sent to Central Office for verification. It was later determined that said well would not be any of the Permit Nos. listed above therefore, Permit No. 63336 was assigned to this well. |
