0520624914 2012-01-31 Production Wells No Violations A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify the status of multiple wells located on this property, which had been referenced within a West Region enforcement case file. During the inspection, it was noted that the well consisted of pumping unit with a motor (bad shape), 8 diameter drive pipe and 6 diameter casing equipped with a wellhead, rods, and tubing. The top of the wellhead resembled a setup for a gas escape packer, in which approx 2 diameter tubing and 1 diameter tubing were observed next to each other. The fluid level on the inside of 6 casing was observed at the top and an intermittent oil drip was observed from opening on the wellhead. The well location contained joints of tubing and old shackle line debris. Plastic line was observed attached on the tubing side of well. This well was not listed in RBDMS and research determined the assignment of a permit number. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990s. This case will be discussed with Division Management.

1106398244 2015-06-17 Production Wells No Violations Inspect well as part of a status check. The well consists of rods and tubing but no pumping unit. It appears that dozer work has been done recently around the well and may have come in contact with the well as the tubing was somewhat bent. In a nearby brush pile to the east of the well parts of what looks to be a pumping unit were observed. Photos were taken of the well and nearby equipment. Identification was not posted. The well was not capable of production. Division Management/Legal will be consulted before further enforcement action is taken. Time of inspection: 4:15 PM. Weather: 67*F, Overcast
1505970410 2017-05-31 Production Wells No Violations This inspection was conducted as a status check. I was accompanied by Orphan Inspector Jeff Fry. An application will be filed and this well will be referred to the Orphan Well Program. Refer to Jeff Frys report for details. Time of inspection: 12:30 PM.
1765415623 2012-05-11 Administrative Inspection No Violations At 11:34 am, I received a call from Mr. Frank Paniccia, the landowner and alleged well owner, stating that his employee Mr. Randy Ayers had scheduled an appointment with an oil guy to reopen the wells. Mr. Paniccia further stated that he told Randy not to mess around and get the locations cleaned up.
