During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle. The well consisted of a shackle line style pumping unit (grasshopper), 8 diameter drive pipe and 6 diameter casing equipped with a wellhead, and 2 tubing. The well was not connected and the location contained oilfield debris. This well was not listed in RBDMS and research determined the assignment of a permit number. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990s. This case will be discussed with Division Management. |
