0806022538 2012-05-11 Administrative Inspection No Violations At 11:34 am, I received a call from Mr. Frank Paniccia, the landowner and alleged well owner, stating that his employee Mr. Randy Ayers had scheduled an appointment with an oil guy to reopen the wells. Mr. Paniccia further stated that he told Randy not to mess around and get the locations cleaned up.

1338521635 2012-01-31 Production Wells No Violations A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify the status of multiple wells located on this property, which had been referenced within a West Region enforcement case file. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle. The well consisted of a shackle line style pumping unit (grasshopper), 8 diameter drive pipe and 6 diameter casing equipped with a wellhead, and 2 tubing. The well was not connected and the location contained oilfield debris. This well was not listed in RBDMS and research determined the assignment of a permit number. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990s. This case will be discussed with Division Management.
