0097742518 | 2019-04-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well to refer it to the Orphan Well Program. I was accompanied by Denison University Facilities Director Art Chonko. The well consists of 2 inch tubing sticking up out of the ground approximately 2 feet. Any casing in the well could not be observed as it was buried below ground level. The tubing was shut in with a 2 inch valve that was connected horizontally into a 2 inch tee fitting. I did not notice any gas leaks at the well. Mr. Chonko told me that the University once used gas from the well in the past. I observed 3 flow lines sticking out of the ground near the well but were not connected to the well. I took several photos during my inspection. Time of inspection: 11:20 AM. |
