The well is located in the Wellington Storage Field, Grafton Township, Lorain County, Ohio. In the process of inspecting the well I contacted the company whose name is listed on the well identification card mounted to the storage tank. I talked with a Mr. Leroy Bender of Diversified Resources, phone 440-840-0438. Mr. Bender informed me that his company had purchased this well, as well as well #34-093-2-1101 and was producing. In searching further, no form 7 is recorded in the files at Columbus. I will be investigating this issue in the near future to get any paperwork correctly completed and ODNR files updated. |
