The well is located on the property of the American Wilderness Campground, which is closed for the season, so no one was available onsite to answer any questions. The well is located in the Wellington Storage Field, Grafton Township, Lorain County, Ohio. During the course of my inspection procedure I talked on the phone with a Mr. Leroy Bender of Diversified Resources, 440-840-0438. Mr. Bender claims that he had purchased this well as well as well #34-093-2-1100-00-00 from Columbia Gas Transmission about three years ago. In a brief search of RBDMS I discovered no records of transfer of ownership of this or the other well. I will be doing further investigation in the very near future to assist in correcting this issue. In the interim the well appears to be structured as a producing well configuration. |

The well is located at a campground; the manager was unavailable at the time of the inspection. Derek Vitas, the campground manager, called 08/15/2014. He believes the well is owned by the campground. Well registration paperwork must be sent to the landowner in order to get the well properly registered. |
