| 0511593751 | 2012-01-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a Jetstar lift system and connects to a tank battery that consists of one 100 barrel stock tank and a separator. There was no brine storage tank. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates on the well head and tank battery. There was no dike around the tank battery. I called Tom Basick (330-575-9248), of Enervest Operating, to request that a dike be constructed around the tank battery. Tom will notify me upon completion of the dike construction for a follow up inspection. |
