1199468235 | 2008-01-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | I performed a random field inspection. GPSd both the well and the tank battery. The ID signs were posted. The tank battery was in good shape. There were no violations at this time. |
1522670875 | 2018-03-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0582. RBDMS indicated that reported production was current. Access to the well head remained stable and drivable. The well location was stable. Correct identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. The plunger catcher assembly showed staining consistent with a legacy operation. The staining was also present on the ground around the well head. The staining was not fresh or live. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 50 bbl steel production tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. Following the inspection I spoke with Enervest field superintendent Larry Lowers concerning the well head leak. Mr. Lowers stated that he would have the leak investigated and any necessary repairs made by the end of the week. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document the status of repairs. |
1586458131 | 2005-03-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-buried steel salt water tank that is no hooked up, 1-separator and a low dike on the east side. |
