RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well remained stable through a residential driveway. Correct identification was present at the well head. The production casing was swaged down and plumbed out to an orifice meter that contained a current 7 day chart. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. No tank battery was present. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
