Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1257451469 2009-11-05 Production Wells No Violations I GPSd both the wellhead and the tank battery for the first time. I continued my walk around the tank battery and the wellhead and found that there were no violations at this time.
1515768436 2018-01-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0798. A review of RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well and tank battery was stable and drivable. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. No leaks were observed. Production valves were in the open position. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production and brine storage tank. A vertical separator that contained a current 7 day production chart was located outside of the dike. The separator remained in good repair with no leaks identified. The production and brine tank remained in good repair. External corrosion was observed at the base of the production tank. Valves were closed and plugged on both tanks. Hatch lids were closed. Correct identification was present on the production tank. No violations were observed during this inspection.
