1001707262 2012-01-31 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a pumping unit and connects to a tank battery that consists of one 210 barrel stock tank, a concrete underground brine storage tank and one separator. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. The dike was free of vegetation and debris. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time.
1277778914 2017-02-22 Production Wells No Violations I performed a status check on the above well site. The tank battery is equipped with one 210 barrel tank and one in-ground concrete vault and one horizontal separator. This well is equipped with a pumping unit with an electric motor . Identification signs are posted. No violation are noted at this time.
1293236143 2007-11-29 Production Wells No Violations I preformed a random field inspection. GPSd the tank battery and the wellhead. ID signs were posted. The tank battery was in good shape. There were no violations at this time.
