Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1334298911 2017-12-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1092. A review of RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well and tank battery was stable and drivable. Correct identification was present. The 8.6265 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a casing gas powered pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. Staining consistent with legacy operation was present. A domestic supply connection was present. No leaks were observed. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of (1) 160 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The production tank appeared to have been recently replaced or painted. Correct identification was present. I observed three locations on the side of the tank that were leaking production fluid. No fluid was collecting on the ground. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade. The vault was holding fluid with freeboard. I called and spoke with Enervest superintendent Joe Teppert concerning the tank leak. Mr. Teppert reported that the tank was a new replacement and was not certain why the body would be leaking fluid. He continued that he would investigate the matter and report back on his findings. No violations were observed during this inspection.
