0268690167 | 2008-01-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | I performed a random field inspection. GPSd both the tank battery and the wellhead for the first time. The tank battery was in good shape. The ID sign was posted. There were no violations at this time. |
0670205789 | 2018-03-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of repairs to well #2-1653. The 8.625 well head annulus was plumbed above grade and open to atmosphere. The well head area was cleaned of any staining resulting from legacy operations. Production valves remained in the closed position. No further action is necessary. |
2132764508 | 2018-03-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1653. RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well and tank battery remained stable and drivable. Correct identification was present at the well head. The area around the well head was recessed and contained water from precipitation. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. I observed intermittent gas bubbles in the ponded water around the well head. Production valves were in the closed position. A domestic supply connection was present. Production equipment consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair. The meter box had been removed from the unit. Valves on the unit were closed. A worn earthen dike was present around the production tank. The interior remained free of fluid. The tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. Following the inspection I spoke with Enervest Field Superintendent Larry Lowers. Mr. Lowers stated that he would have the leak investigated and any necessary repairs made to stop the leak by the end of the week. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document the status of repairs. |
