| 1920408999 | 2012-02-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a Concoil lift system, and connects to a tank battery that consists of one 100 barrel stock tank, one 50 barrel poly brine storage tank, and one separator. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. The dike was free of vegetation and debris. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time. |
