0750050007 | 2012-02-27 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | On 2/27/2012, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed a urban production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. There were chain link fences around the well head and tank battery, which were in good condition. Proper identification signs were posted at the well head and tank battery. The lease road, well head, and tank battery locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed. |
1328896346 | 2012-02-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well head was fenced with chain link, and it is equipped with a plunger lift system. The tank battery consists of one 100 barrel stock tank, and one separator, no brine storage tank present. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. The tank battery was fenced with chain link, and the dike was free of vegetation and debris. Proper identification was posted, and I found no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time. |
1852702774 | 2007-05-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | Performed a random inspection. Although I picked this well because Poland Township has so few wells. GPSd both well and tank battery. There were no violations at this time. Was one heck of a well to find. |
