1908906366 | 2018-04-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2306. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well was stable and drivable. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with 2-3036. All equipment was within a chain link fence enclosure that was placed on top of a stable earthen dike. Correct identification for both wells was present on the fence. The dike was free of fluid. Equipment within the dike consisted of two (2) horizontal separators and one (1) 140 bbl production tank. The separator for 2-2306 remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed, locked and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
