0401623415 2018-07-30 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of well #2-2964. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an casing gas powered pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-2983. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the equipment. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 100 bbl brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification for both wells. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
