0398893351 2018-04-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2990. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery was stable through a residential yard. No defined lease road was present. The well head was enclosed by a locked chain link fence that contained correct identification. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with 2-2991. The production equipment was positioned inside of a stable earthen dike that was free of fluid. A locked chain link fence that contained correct identification for all wells produced into the battery was posted on the fence. Mature evergreen trees were growing around the battery to provide screening. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 140 bbl steel production tank and one (1) 50 bbl poly brine tank. I did not have a key to access the interior of the battery. The separator remained in good repair. The steel production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The hatch lid was closed. A charcoal filter was present. The poly tank remained in good repair and contained a de minimis volume of fluid. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
