1219774539 | 2008-08-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | I received information from Rick Simmers about a complaint from Mr. And Mrs. Davis of 7882 Glenwood Avenue, Boardman OH, 44512(330-758-2005). They complained about a fence that was installed by Ohio Valley around the meter run. The meter run was on the churches property. They also installed bushes around the fence. They said the board on board fence was to high. The view from the kitchen window was obstructed by the fence. The property that they are complaining about is owned by the Glenwood church. I stated that the ODNR has no authority to tell the land owner to change the fence height. I called Ben Funderburg to see if they could take the fence down to 4 foot? Ben stated that he would call the pastor and see if that was alright with him. Ben also stated that the redoing of the fence would have to be paid by Mr. And Mrs. Davis. Ben would get back to me in a couple of days. 8/27/08. Ben Funderburg called me back and stated that the pastor of the church did NOT want the fence lowered. Ben would write a letter to Mr. And Mrs. Davis about that. Case resolved. |
