The well is equipped with a main valve, side valve and a 3.00 line to the drip tank. There is a 1.00 line from the drip tank to a 10 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. The well is properly tagged and identified and there is a clear, legible well identification sign mounted to the drip tank. No violations found.
