Small leaks were noted at the bottom plug on both tanks and will need to be fixed. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, but only one permit number is listed. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. No identification is posted at the wellhead. Randell Oil was notified of the issues regarding the leaks at the tank battery and identification and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
