1070752227 2014-04-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 04/21/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-1,050 gal plastic tank and a vertical separator within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it. The well is a rabbit well located within an unlocked metal fence. Well identification is displayed at the wellhead. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1185854879 2015-05-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 05/21/2015. The tank battery consists of 1-1,000 gal plastic tank and 1-vertical separator within a large earthen dike. The diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is a rabbit well located within an unlocked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1979040964 2013-03-28 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one plunger lift system installed on the wellhead. The gauge on the tubing showed a pressure of 135 psi. and the gauge on the casing showed a pressure of 140 psi. There was a small pressurized steel tank used for injecting well treatment chemicals plumbed into the tubing on the the well. No leaks were detected on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping around the wellhead and a small well identification sign was mounted on the well. The wellhead was enclosed with a steel chain link fence with an unlocked access gate. The area within the fence and outside of the fence was well maintained. The tank battery contained one 25 bbl. plastic brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, one gas sales pipe run with a working gas sales chart recorder and one drip assembly. No leaks were seen on the tank or piping within the tank battery. The tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link fence with an unlocked access gate. No identification sign was observed on the tank or fence around the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for the Medina Sod farm #3 well. I contacted Jackie from MFC Drilling and advised her of the missing identification sign. She advised me that the pumper will install a new sign within a week.
