Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-1474347689 2013-10-22 0:00 PW No Violations
1082393638 2004-04-19 Production Wells No Violations Well in production , rain 70 degrees.
1357753938 2013-01-09 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing or casing as there were no gauges installed on either. There was a small drip tank and residential type gas regulator and meter that was installed off of the casing. No visible leaks were detected on the wellhead or adjacent piping around the wellhead. The area around the pump jack unit and wellhead was well maintained. The tank battery containe two 210 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one in ground concrete brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, one gas sales meter station and a drip assembly. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel storage tank. No visible leaks were detected on the tanks or piping within the tank battery and the area around the battery was well maintained. The dike was in good shape with well constructed high sides.
1474347689 2013-10-22 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 10/22/2013. Tank battery consists of 2-210 bbl tanks and a separator on a gravel pad within an earthen dike. Well identification is posted at the tank battery. Wellhead is equipped with pump jack with an electric motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1607550540 2014-06-06 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 06/06/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-210 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, and an underground brine vault located within an earthen dike. Several small leaks were noted from the front and back valves on both tanks. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Jerry Reeves with DA Waldron & Associates was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
