0486105358 2014-06-27 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 06/27/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-425 gal plastic tank located within an earthen dike. No identification is posted at the tank battery as required. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. A small amount of paraffin was noted on the ground immediately around the wellhead due to a leak at the stuffing box. Well identification is posted at the wellhead, but it is almost too faded to read. Mr. Bramley was notified of the need to identification at the tank battery and clean-up at the wellhead and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1139944650 2006-02-14 Annular Disposal No Violations No annular disposal hookup at well. Domestic gas well. Equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing. 1-100 barrel tank 50 from well. Sun, 35 degrees.
1349274972 2012-09-26 Annular Disposal No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. I saw no piping on the casing for annular disposal. I could not determine the pressure on the casing or tubing due to no gauges being installed on either and I saw no visible signs of leakage on the well or piping. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank and one 50 bbl. plastic brine tank. The steel oil storage tank was rusty and had an excessive amount of paint chipping from it. The dike was in good shape, but there was an excessive amount of weed growth within the dike area .No visible leakage was detected from the tanks. The oil storage tank had a steel catwalk with a loose wooden hand rail on it. There was no identification sign on the tank. I spoke with Bill Bramley who is the landowner and the well owner and advised him on the requirement for proper signage on the tank. I explained to him what information is required on the sign and where to post it. He advised me that he will have the proper signage in place within two weeks.
