1354641996 2012-12-03 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing or the casing as there were no gauges installed on either. The area around the wellhead and pump jack was well maintained and no visible leaks were detected on the wellhead or piping. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one 50 bbl. steel brine storage tank, two vertical oil and gas separator units and two drip assemblies. There was also a 50 bbl. plastic brine tank that was partially collapsed laying in the tank battery. This plastic tank was empty and not hooked up to anything. The 100 bbl steel oil storage tank looked new and was bare steel without any paint on it. There was no identification sign on the tank or anywhere else in the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area around and within the dike was well maintained. There were some empty 300 gal. fuel storage tanks along with some empty 55 gal steel drums and an empty plastic water tank laying on the ground about 50 ft. from the tank battery. Within 25 ft. of the tank battery there was a 12 ft. x 24 ft. steel shed that housed an electric compressor unit that was operating at the time of my inspection. There was a 55 gal. steel drum of compressor lubricant within the shed and an empty 55 gal. drum laying outside of the shed. I noticed a black insulated electrical line that was laying on top of the ground and running from the side of the compressor shed to the electrical hook up connection at the SW corner of the tank battery. This electrical line supplies electricity to the compressor. I contacted John Bernhardt of James R. Bernhardt, Inc. and advised him of the situation with the electric line and no identification signage on the tank. He advised me that the tank was just recently installed and he will get a sign on it within a day. He also told me that he was replacing the existing compressor with a new one within two weeks and would ge
1844068398 2014-07-11 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/11/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tan, 1-1,400 gal plastic tank, and 2-vertical separators located within an earthen dike. The top of the plastic tank has collapsed in on itself; the tank has fluid in it, which needs drained and the tank needs removed. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. A small compressor station and building are located nearby, outside of the diked area. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. A small amount of paraffin was noted in the area immediately around the wellhead that will need cleaned up. John Bernhardt with JR Bernhardt, Inc. was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 2-vertical separators located within an earthen dike. A small compressor station is located nearby. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
