Did not detect any gas odor on the north side of the house on this date. Contacted Obermiller and Csapo and requested that they check their flowlines, sales lines and tank batteries in the area for any leaks.
0022579434 2002-08-05 Plug / Plug Back No Violations CASE 02-039 - Uniontown office received a complaint from Susan Morehouse (330-769-2563) regarding a gas odor at her mothers house (Marilyn Fordenwalt 330-769-2669). The house formerly used natural gas when there was an operating well on the property but is presently using propane. Morehouse contacted the propane company who sent a service tech to inspect the system. The tech said the system was not leaking. The well (Fordenwalt #1, P-4271) was drilled in 1985 and plugged by MB Operating on October 10, 1991. Insp. Moravy witnessed the plugging. Paul Obermiller (330-435-6321) and Frank Csapo (330-435-4458) operate wells in the area and are checking their wells for any leaks.
