1381934931 2013-10-07 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 10/07/2013. Tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl tank with a separator on a gravel pad within an earthen dike. Well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification on the tank was painted over, and no identification was present at the wellhead. Left message with the pumper that this issue needed resolved.
