0581357739 2014-08-08 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 08/08/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. According to Andrew King with King Drilling, the tank battery only recently began being used by the Murray #1 well - prior to that, it was only used by this well so no identification was needed at the wellhead. Identification will be promptly posted at the wellhead. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
