0530345741 2014-11-10 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 11/10/2014 to follow-up on previous compliance notice. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-horizontal separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is a rabbit well. There is still no well identification posted at the wellhead as required. Jason with S & S was notified of the need to post identification at the wellhead and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-horizontal separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is presumably used by both the Queberg #1 and #2 wells, however well identification is only posted for the #1 well. The well is a rabbit well. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. The well will be monitored for a return to compliance.
