0009219165 | 2017-05-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | I arrived at the well and could not smell or hear gas leaking. Selling the gas and reducing the pressure must have solved the issue until they can get a rig on it. |

1495546218 | 2017-05-18 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | I received a call from Emergency Response Dept. about a gas leak in a sand and gravel pit. I called the company and spoke with Mr. William Putnam. Who stated he would have someone go look at it. I arrived at the location and waited at the scale house for Bryan Hall to escort me to the well. This well was mined around and the casing cut off approximately 50 to be at the bottom of the pit. The well was a gas well with 7 casing swaged down to 2 tubing. The leak was from the casing not being tight enough and compounded by the fact that they had it shut in. I spoke with Bryan and explained that if they were to start selling that within a day or two it would reduce the pressure in the 7 and stop the well from leaking. I also spoke with him about a flare and having them move the rig in and setting a packer. He was willing to wait a few days to see if selling the gas helped. I called the company and explained my findings and they said they would try selling it first to see if that helped. |
2054663122 | 2017-05-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | I followed up to see if placing the well back into sales line would reduce the pressure and stop the leak. Inspection of the well found that the well was no longer bubbling gas on the inside of the 7 inch casing. The violation has been fixed. |
