1525969360 | 2018-05-10 | Orphan | No Violations | This well is registered to H S D Oil and Gas, it was one of several companies owned and operated by Mr. Herald. The note in the master file for the company is this. OUT OF BUSINESS/INACTIVE ALTERNATE ADDRESS USED ON FORM 10 FOR 2009 ON ALL 3 COMPANIES OF FRANK HERALD JR: 36394 LEADING CREEK RD. MIDDLEPORT, OH 45760. SAME PHONE NUMBER FOR BOTH ADDRESSES. **OUT OF BUSINESS/INACTIVE** While at the well and completing the report a landowner stopped and said that it was his well. Further questioning revealed Mr. Herald did not give them the well. They have just been using the gas since the passing of Mr. Herald and the company went out of business. He is going to get me the name and phone number of the executive of the trust the land was left to. There is 7 inch, 4.5 inch and 1.5 inch pipe in the hole. There was indeed a high pressure regulator on the gas line. The tank battery consisted of 1-100 barrel steel tank, a 40 barrel steel tank and a vertical separator that was laying over. (the land owner who is using the gas stated the separator had a hole in the bottom of it. |
