The well is still in a state of idleness and is not capable of production. There is a plastic line connected to the well but all the valves are in the closed postion. I spoke with Jody Jasper at 2:20 pm about this well the next day. He said that he will bring this well and the others I spoke with him about up in a meeting with his boss later this week.

1259048254 2018-05-31 Production Wells No Violations This well was originally issued a violation for being idle and not capable of production, this is in O.R.C. 1509.12B. The path to the well is very overgrown. The well, before I knocked down brush was not visible, even though the last time I inspected it I marked the area with flagging tape. The well has no flowlines attached and is not capable of production. The last time I spoke with Jody Jasper he stated that these Stockwell wells were on the short list to be plugged. I called Jody Jasper the field supervisor for M&R Investments at 10:31 A.M. and left a message about the follow-ups for these wells.
1299767685 2011-03-03 Production Wells Violations Noted Upon inspection well was found to have no ID, well appears to be idle, valves closed on well head and a tree growing around pump jack. No production records for previous two years. Need full and legible ID at well and tank battery, all producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on the well-head and the storage tanks as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. If multiple wells are being produced into the common tanks each well-head shall be identified as to owner, permit number where available, well number and lease name. Well shall be in production, plugged, produced or placed in temporary inactive status, Production records shall be filled. Failure to comply with Compliance Notice may result in a forfeiture of Bond.

The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to: ODNR Division of Oil & Gas, c/o Josh Garland, 5880 Memory Rd, Zanesville OH 43701 within 30 days, per OAC 1501: 9-11-05 (b) and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.

1555001561 2019-04-11 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Unlimited Energy Services ripped 4.5 inch diameter at 570 feet. They pumped 9 barrels of fresh water to obtain circulation. They mixed 12 barrels of cement and pumped this cement. During the pumping of the cement good circulation was observed. Unlimited Energy Services attempted to pull the remainder of the 4.5 inch diameter casing but were unable to. The casing became stuck in the wellbore. The casing was hung 38 feet in the slips. Unlimited Energy Services is having a welder come out to cut the 4.5 inch diameter pipe and weld a collar on the pipe. I did not witness this work.

The tank battery is down by the road and overgrown with vegetation. There has been no resolution to any of the issues.
