A basket was placed one joint above the top of the mine void and 105 sacks class A were grouted in between the 9 5/8 and the conductor. Returns were never seen at the surface. The fluid level will be checked tomorrow.
1352431618 2012-11-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Witnessed 901 feet of new 7 17 lb/ft surface casing set inside 322 feet of 9 5/8 minestring and 579 feet of 8 3/4 borehole with 145 sacks class A cement. Total surface casing hole depth was 910 feet. Good returns seen at surface with 11 Barrels of cement displaced. Cement top dropped less than 10 feet. Will grout on longstring.
1377548292 2013-08-26 Completion Testing No Violations During the frac job the well sanded off. The well was allowed to flow back into a pit for roughly 3 hours. Twice Producers service corp increased pressure to see if the flow back had allowed the sand to be released from the valves. Each the pressures reached 2000 psi and the pumps were shut down, each time the pressure bled off very rapidly. The well will be allowed to flow back over night and the job will continue tomorrow.

1432775575 2013-08-27 Completion Testing No Violations Well sanded off durring the first half of the frac job yesterday and the job was shut down. after the well was allowed to flow back overnight jars were run in hole today and sand was tagged at 1133, 117 feet above the perfs. Tubing ran in hole and sand washed into lined pit at 1500 psi. The frac job was completed after I left the site.
1970120189 2012-11-07 Administrative Inspection No Violations I spoke with Randy Wolfe of R. Wolfe Oil & Gas and he let me know 9 5/8 had been grouted in with 2 1/2 yard of 9 sack grout. Returns were seen at the surface.
