Well is hooked up domestically with a gauge showing 100 psi on it. Well is also part of a water well complaint issued by landowner who owns the unregistered well and claims to use the gas when needed.
1351596047 2012-10-29 Administrative Inspection No Violations Inspector received a call from a legal representitave representing the landowner Charles Yontz and asked for the proper well permit # in reguards to His client wanting to register the said well with the division. The proper permit # was confirmed and given to legal councle representing Mr. Yontz on 10/30/2012. Inspector will note the well was first located and identified on 08/29/2012 during a waterwell complaint filed by Mr Yontz against another producing well on the property, Mr. Yontz initially tried to deny the existance of the said well until the inspector walked up to it and removed the vegetation covering it, Mr. Yontz then did claim to own the well but admitted never registering it.
